Free shipping is available to orders placed within the UK only. 

 

Refund Policy

We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your Numa London purchase, however, if you change your mind we will happily exchange your item for credit. As long as its returned in original packaging and undamaged, please email admin@numalondon.co.uk before you send the item and state the order number in the subject, thank you. 

We offer exchanges on the same item if you find on the very odd occasion your item faulty or damaged as long as it is returned to us within 14 days. 

Please note we cannot exchange on earrings or nose rings due to hygienic purposes.
